For uniform extra-spacing between words, "word-spacing" property may be
used.
This property is not yet implemented in FOP.

Is there a way to add more then one space between a word without it being
ignored as an additional space? Trying to do this within a fo:block.

Dharam , are both of these not implemented? or is it just the "word-spacing"
property that is not implemented? I tried
<fo:block white-space-collapse="false">
There is more space between words
</fo:block>
But had no luck with additional spaces showing up.
