Any blockers for Axis 1.2 Final?

Final call...Are there bugs you think we need to FIX ASAP before we
cut the final?

Yes the Array problem :)

I has posted a first patch.
But I still have problems with interoperability.
* sometimes schema types are used in place of soapenc types.
* still deser problem with base64Binary + hex with rpc/encoded (am 
working on it)
