   I found this example of a docker build.sh file that will install snapd and a snap image
   https://github.com/ogra1/snapd-docker/blob/master/build.sh
   And I can make  a copy of this file as well as ...
   https://github.com/apache/couchdb-ci/blob/master/.travis.yml
   ... and then place it at the root of couchdb-pkg? 
   Does that sound right? Any other clues?
