This will improve the test coverage of the JAXWS integration when it comes to the WSDL provided scenario. Sample WSDLs has been taken out from the Axis2 source code repository and improved them according Geronimo enviroment. Refacotoring has been done to achieve consistency of the coding in the test cases (there are lot more to be add here) :) .

Additionally this patch will remove some of the depricated source code found in the Axis2WebServiceContainer. 

If somebody is commiting this patch please close the GERONIMO-2952 too since this is an extension of it.
