RFC 6931 adds some xml security algorithms one of them is the RSASSA-PSS signature schemas in section 2.3.10 [0].
The attached patches adds support for this new RSASSA-PSS signature schemas with the MGF1 mask function to java xmlsec.

Please report back if you have any problems with this patch or the way it was submitted.
