Re: WELCOME to user@tuscany.apache.org

Hi Group

Im a newbie to Tuscany project. I got some queries:-
1. Any pointers for SCA and SDO implementation?
2. Is there any documentation/demo/sample for using tuscany for a
enterprise project development?, or step to go about.
3. What is the difference between Tuscany SCA and Spring SCA.

Regards
Raj

Hi Raj,

Welcome to Tuscany. I agree with Simon. Either download a distribtion
and go through one of the Get Started Guides. Or watch a few of the
demonstration videos. If you have more questions, feel free to come back
and ask.

When you say 2implementation" are you looking for pointers on how to use it
or how it's implemented. For the Java implementation of SCA the docs [1]
page is a good place to start. For the java implementation of SDO the docs
page is here [2].

A good intro would be to first get the distro and play with the samples to
get the feel for what SCA is all about. Also take a look at the various SCA
and Tuscany docs and videos. A good place for links is the Tuscany dashboard
[3]. We have a eBusiness Store tutorial that comes with the distribution
that demonstrates how SCA can be used in a variety of scenarios [4]. Feel
free to ask more questions here and we'll help where we can.

What do you mean by Spring SCA?
