   There is a PR in Client go regarding how to load the openwhisk credentials in a precedence order: https://github.com/apache/incubator-openwhisk-client-go/pull/29. Wskdeploy also needs it to load the credentials to access the openwhisk service, so that we can free up from adding credentials in manifest file/deployment file.
