E8 uploaded

E8 (according to rst's numbering) has been uploaded.

This one lets you customise error responses such a 500 Server Error.

Pretty cool, though server-side includes would be nice (for the "please 
tell the owner of the <a href="blahblah">referring link</a> to fix their 
pages"), but not necessary.  

Busily incorporating all these, I am I am....
