[Vote Canceled] Release Felix Web Console 1.2.4

Hi,

I just got aware of severe problems with the famous IE and our web
console which makes the console unusable in IE :(
(see https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX-975)

Therefore I cancel the vote hereby.

When we've fixed the problems we'll call a vote for 1.2.6.

Thanks
Carsten
