I am attempting to set up Tomcat to restrict the manager and host-manager app
to the localhost.  Reading the documentation gives me an example context but
does not tell me where that example context should be located.  I've spent the
entire day looking for the answer on google and nothing has worked.  I also am
unable to find documentation on how to change the default ROOT webapp to one of
my own without using virtual hosting.
