the old "Publishing Engine could not be initialized" problem
When accessing http://localhost:8080/cocoon/samples/index.xml
I get the following errror

I have seen messages blaming the use of jdk1.3,
but I get it even whe I both compile and run under 1.2.2.
I am on RedHat Linux and using tomcat-3.2.1 and cocoon-1.8.2
