For example https://cordova.apache.org/docs/en/latest/reference/cordova-cli/ has many headlines "Syntax" that all have the same anchor `#syntax` and link to https://cordova.apache.org/docs/en/latest/reference/cordova-cli/#syntax - which is not really what is wanted.
