Jetspeed-2 build failing

I'm trying to install the latest and greatest and I'm having no luck at all.

First I run 
maven -DartifactId=maven-jetspeed2-plugin -DgroupId=jetspeed2 -Dversion=2.0-M4-SNAPSHOT plugin:download 
And
maven j2:portal.genapp

These two command work without an error.

I'd like to install from source so I try this command next:
maven initMavenPlugin 
And I get this error:
Goal "initMavenPlugin" does not exist in this project.

So I try to install the war so I try
Maven war:install

And I get this error:

BUILD FAILED
File .... Path to plugin.jelly
Element ant:mkdir
Line 106
Column 47
Directory D:\jetspeed\target\:null creation was not successful for an unknown reason


Any help?
