Patch attached for new user defined compaction method. New method's behavior is slightly different from existing one, in the way that new method accepts mixed ks/cf files.
I'm not sure if it is OK to drop current API so I just deprecate it and create new method with one arg. On the other hand, I feel having two different methods with different args is confusing though.
