[jira] [Created] (AMBARI-5093) Ambari metric chart for #slots shows wrong # of used slots

Andrew Onischuk created AMBARI-5093:
---------------------------------------

Summary: Ambari metric chart for #slots shows wrong # of used slots
                 Key: AMBARI-5093
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-5093
             Project: Ambari
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: Andrew Onischuk
            Assignee: Andrew Onischuk
             Fix For: 1.5.0

Install single node storm and Ambari cluster using

 Execute the following command:
storm jar storm-starter-0.0.1-storm-0.9.0.1.jar storm.starter.WordCountTopology WordCount –c nimbus.host=sandbox.hortonworks.com

Navigatie to Storm service and check the chart for 'Number of slots'
It shows the correct number of total slots but it shows incorrect number(min, avg, max) of used slots. Looks like it is picking up # tasks or #executors for used slots. Also the min & avg value for free slots seems incorrect.
