There are a few tests which leak network sockets due to small typos in the tests themselves.

 * SslVersionsTransportLayerTest

 * DescribeAuthorizedOperationsTest
 * SslGssapiSslEndToEndAuthorizationTest
 * SaslMultiMechanismConsumerTest
 * SaslPlaintextConsumerTest
 * SaslSslAdminIntegrationTest
 * SaslSslConsumerTest
 * MultipleListenersWithDefaultJaasContextTest
 * DescribeClusterRequestTest

Trogdor:
 * AgentTest

These can be addressed by just fixing the tests.
