[jira] [Created] (HDDS-7275) Error message is confusing when client fails to upload a key

Wei-Chiu Chuang created HDDS-7275:
-------------------------------------

             Summary: Error message is confusing when client fails to upload a key
                 Key: HDDS-7275
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-7275
             Project: Apache Ozone
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: Wei-Chiu Chuang

In a small 3 node cluster if one of the datanode crashes, client is unable to write keys because only 2 DNs are available.

However, the error message is confusing. It's not clear that the put failed.
{noformat}
# hdfs dfs -put /etc/krb5.conf ofs://ozone1/vol1/bucket/3
put: Allocated 0 blocks. Requested 1 blocks
