While exploring about the Xinha editor, I have found it already provides such feature. See [#1218|http://trac.xinha.org/ticket/1218] and [#1213 |http://trac.xinha.org/ticket/1213]as [UnsavedChanges|http://trac.xinha.org/wiki/Documentation/Plugins/UnsavedChanges] plugin.
