Protecting a Page within a Webapp under Tomcat 4.0

I have a requirement where I want to provide access to a particular page
or a set of pages to only a limited set of IP addresses, while allowing
the rest of the web application to be visible to anyone. Is it possible to
do it under Tomcat 4.0 or a combination of Apache & Tomcat?

Also, where can I find more syntax specific information for "grantaccess"
for catilina.policy.
