I recently encounter an issue regarding to 1) in your comment. Say if we specify a rewrite filter for the request body and in the filter we want to change type application/x-www-form-urlencoded to asType application/octet-stream, then this personalized filter will be invalid since the request body will still be applied contentType as application/x-www-form-urlencoded.

Maybe we should check if there is any asType for request body first before doing the urlEncode?
