We are having the same problem with the same error messages as in comment 6 in
our Apache error log files. These errors occur from time to time with a medium
to high load and result in a segmentation fault. The used Apache server version
is 2.4.12 (with mod_proxy, mod_proxy_ajp, mod_proxy_http).

Is there any feedback/solution for this problem? Was this solved with a newer
version of Apache?
