Jetspeed 1.5 tutorial.

Am I the only one having troubles witht the Jetspeed 1.5 tutorial?

Everytime I following the directions the tutorial is never updated.

I do the following:  maven hotdeploy 
after each tutorial.

Then when I click on http://localhost:8080/jportal/portal
the tutorial is not updated with the changes I made.
