Maybe we can remove as much as possible where applicable previous releases,
e.g., once we have an LTS release, remove the feature releases, and if
possible link everything to the LTS.

Well we should cleanup (keeping lts), but the issue is more the size of the file. 

I still have not answer from infra.

If someone has easy to review PR  (UI color, typo)  maybe I can incorporate for 11.3.
