    [QUARKS-16] Add recipe for combining_streams_processing_results

    Recipe 5. Splitting a Stream to Apply Different Processing and Combining the Results into a Single Stream
    - Demonstrates the use of `split` and `union`
    - Based off of the sample `quarks.samples.topology.CombiningStreamsProcessingResults`

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/queeniema/incubator-quarks-website recipe-quarks-16

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
