samples/xmlform/flow not working i 2.1-dev CVS HEAD

I cannot make it work. Have you done it?

I point my browser to /samples/xmlform/flow which gives me a 'The
"requested URI "/samples/xmlform/flow" was not found': 
"No pipeline matched request: samples/xmlform/flow/userIdentity.xml"

Then I point to /samples/xmlform/flow/start.xml which correctly returns
the start page but fails when pointing to the next page:
"No pipeline matched request: samples/xmlform/invalidContinuation.xml"
