With some criminalistic serendipity I found oout that reporter might have used
a MAC

Probably DUP of "Bug 123681 - UNRESPONSIVE WARNING WINDOW, PROGRAM CAN NOT
EXPORT TO RESCUE DATA, ONLY FORCE QUIT WILL CLOSE"
