The yarn.resourcemanager.scheduler.class property is wrongly set to org.apache.hadoop.yarn.server.resourcemanager.scheduler.capacity.CapacityScheduler. CapacitySchduler is not even supported. Should be org.apache.hadoop.yarn.server.resourcemanager.scheduler.fair.FairScheduler.
