Unscheduled restart of jenkins.impala.io

The Impala public Jenkins instance will be restarted shortly for a plugin
update.
There is currently one GVD job running, which I will retrigger manually.

The service is up and running again; the cancelled build was restarted.
A new version of the parameterized trigger plugin was installed,
which displays the build numbers of triggered downstream jobs,
making it easier to track job chains.

This is an experimental version of the plugin, so if you see anything wrong
with it,
please reach out to the list.
