    Build against Maven 4.0.0-rc-7
    
    Maven 4.0.0-rc-6 deadlocks when run embedded (apache/maven#12761), which
    hangs the Maven 4 cases of EmbeddedMavenExecutorTest; rc-7 has the fix.
