I would like to contribute tasks to interact with the MKS Source Integrity 
version control product. 

According to existing conventions, I would suggest the package 
org.apache.tools.ant.taskdefs.optional.mkssi ("si" is because MKS has another 
product called Integrity Manager).

Please let me know how to proceed.
