   Fixes #8837 
   
   ### Description
   
   Added `sequenceName` and `currentCheckPoint` to `CheckPointDataSourceMetadataAction` for older version objects (<0.15) to work with newer version (<0.16). 
   
   This PR has:
   - [x] been self-reviewed.
   - [x] added Javadocs for most classes and all non-trivial methods. Linked related entities via Javadoc links.
   - [x] been tested in a test Druid cluster.
