To Delete UOM Currency in Dropdown List

Hi

  I want to delete UOM Currency in Dropdown List, I Cant delete EUR &
USD......

 In CurrenyData.xml I deleted all the Data Exept INR...

 I cant delete EUR & USD in web tools entity.... Is there is any other way
