After considering, since here we just do a blocking call, we do not need to do design the reference counting logic, just wait until all futures are completed is enough.

For now we will do this while all futures are finished normally, but will return earlier when there are exceptions...

Just changing the logic to also wait until all futures are finished even when there are exceptions is enough...
