[users@httpd] Slightly OT: Management of message digests

Before investing time into actually writing something like this, I want to
ask if anybody knows/has any tools that would manage the digest messages
sent by this mailing list. That is, searching, filtering, re-grouping and
all kinds of stuff I'd like to do with these digest messages...
I did STFW, but come with NoFthing relevant. Any pointers?

P.S.I am looking for MS or ANSI-C/C++ compatible stuff...
