   Added support for `GridCoverage2D` to `InferredExpression`, and refactored many raster functions to extend `InferredExpression`.
   
   Please note that this patch will make `gt-coverage` a mandatory dependency.

   Passing existing tests.
   
   ## Did this PR include necessary documentation updates?
   
   - No, this PR does not affect any public API so no need to change the docs.
