Jetspeed LDAP Authentication-IBM DirectoryServe

I want to use "IBM DirectoryServer" LDAP with Jetspeed and I would like to use the standard schema of IBM DirectoryServer LDAP instead the Schema provide with Jetspeed. 

Does anyone know how to map private Jetspeed Schema with some other standard schema?
Is there an easier way to do it?
Any suggestion?
