Comanche alpha (new version)

First of all apologies, due to an error I resent again the 0.1 announcement

In fact what I want to announce is the availability of the 0.3a version
which runs also in older versions of tcl/tk : 7.6/4.2
(which ships with Red Hat 4.2 I think)

(only some trivial changes, no new features)

I will apreciate any comment on what feautres you would like to be added
(like a graphical log composer/analyzer)
