vhost BUG

So, I went to dev.apache.org and lo and behold got the hyperreal home page.
Eek!

Upon further inspection into the conf files I found a strange situation, and
this *needs* to get fixed.  By rearranging the order of the <virtualhost>
sections I was able to get it to work.  Not good.

>From the looks of it, if I have any "Host:"-header-based <virtualhost> sections
*after* an IP-based <virtualhost> section, that section fails, meaning it
defaults to the main server config.  Anyone have any ideas??
