Help required in validation against XSD

Hi,
We are trying to validate an XML against an XSD. We are using
Xerces 1.4.2 parser for the same. We are using the attribute
"xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation='WD-BPML-20010502.xsd'" in the XML for
the same. It is working fine.
But we want the writers of the XML document to include some
XMLSchema elements also in the document. The actual definition of the
WD-BPML-20010502.xsd' was importing the XMLSchema.xsd, which we had
removed due to firewall constraints ( we can't access the internet from
our machines ).
So when we validate a document against the xsd works fine as
long as we don't use the XMLSchema defined elements ( like element,
annotation etc ).

Has anyone faced similar problem? If yes what is the solution?
Or can this only be solved by creating a connection to www.w3c.org while
the XMLSchema is imported into the actual xsd.

Thanks.

regards,
Rajesh Kumar T.
