   Ping appears to be disabled for `repo.tinycorelinux.net`. The tweak script attempts to ping `repo.tinycorelinux.net` when it fails, it attempts to ping `ftp.gtlib.gatech.edu`, which works. However, when the script tries to download Python from `ftp.gtlib.gatech.edu` that download fails.
   
   This patch attempts a curl request against `repo.tinycorelinux.net` to see if it is responsive instead of pinging it, and no longer uses `ftp.gtlib.gatech.edu`.
