Environment: WinXP generating static site...
Description:
If I enable xml links (e.g., <disable-xml-link>false</disable-xml-link>), then the linking via the site.xml fails. See attached broken link report.
To reproduce this error, seed a new project, enable xml-links, and generate a static site.
