Excel test file

I opened an Excel file in OO Calc 4.1.3 and found that many cells content,
which are character strings, are displayed repeated twice or more times.

It seems like it's because of different colours in the strings which lead to
this issue.

I managed to reduce my Excel file to a few lines in a test file in attachment.

Please notice that if I open the test file in Excel, delete one row, save it
and open it in OO Calc, the problem goes away.  That means my test file seems
to have the minimal rows to show this issue.

In my next attachment, I will show the visual difference between Excel 2016 and
OO Calc 4.1.3

Notice that LibreOffice 5.1 does not have this issue.

Issue 123022 is about cell having line breaks.  In my bug, there's no line
break.
