currently dojo 1.4.2 has an issue which stops the upload functionality of photark.This issue is fixed in the dojo 1.5.0rc02 but this release is not in the maven2 repository so we have to upload the dojo 1.5.0rc02 ourself

The final dojo 1.5.0 released more than a week ago but still waiting to someone to deploy dojo 1.5.0 to maven.I have posted a message regarding  this on dojo mailing list.

We should try to avoid uploading dojo distribution ourselves. For now I have updated the ant script to download and deploy dojo when building photark.war
