[users@httpd] permisson/domain question

Dear All,

We have many domains on our server.
All the domains have own ftp accounts.
It is possible, that the files of separated domains (with php) it can't be
read?
Maybe can I give to Apache more than one user/group
permisson for running?
Now it is apache/apache for all domains.
