bug fix with clip

I fix a bug in ConcreteCompositeShapePainter.getPaintedArea(Shape). We are now 
using an Area instead of a GeneralPath. See samples/tests/clip.svg.

I will try to do 'objectBoundingBox' and 'userSpaceOnUse' monday I think.
