   ### Motivation
   
   Sometimes, we want to list of workers which are part of the clusters but functions doesn't have REST and CLI api to get this info.
   
   ### Modifications
   
   Add REST and CLI api to get list of workers in the cluster.
   
   ### Result
   
   admin can get list of workers registered in cluster.
