[C2] ASCII Chars > 128

Hi all,

I'm working with C2 and ran into the problem of parsing ASCII Chars > 128
(like ä,ü,ö,...).

In Cocoon 1 this could be solved with

processor.xsp.encoding
formatter.text/html.MIME-type
formatter.text/html.encoding

in cocoon.properties.

But how can I sove this in C2.
