Problem with snapshot libraries

Hi,

I've just noticed a change that must have been introduced in a recent
maven update (in the last 2 days).

When I assemble my deliverable project, rather than include the snapshot
jars named "-SNAPSHOT", it is instead including the dated versions.

The reason this is causing me a problem is that we have a velocity based
script that builds a classpath from the list of dependencies. That
script still sees things as -SNAPSHOT and merrily adds them to the
classpath, but at runtime the SNAPSHOT jars aren't in the assembly. The
script uses $project.CompileArtifacts.

Anyone able to suggest a work around? Or is there a flag to change this
new behaviour with SNAPSHOT builds?
