Increasing Cache Write Failures

Hi all,
I'm experiencing an increasing cache write failures :

*CACHE*
01. Bytes Used: 98.37 GB
02. Cache Size: 267.84 GB
03. Lookups in Progress: 0
04. Lookups Completed: 0
05. Lookups Misses: 0
06. Reads in Progress: 96
07. Reads Completed: 138,207
08. Read Misses: 277,004
09. Writes in Progress: 755
10. Writes Completed: 132,234
11. Writes Failures: 1,336
12. Updates in Progress: 1
13. Updates Completed: 21,968
14. Updates Failures: 53
15. Remove in Progress: 0
16. Remove Successes: 0
17. Remove Failures: 18

Question is, is it normal? What's the effect of these failures? And what
cause them, faulty disks?
Also, is it normal the Lookups are always 0 ?

Thanks before.
