docs project web page.

The project now has a webpage at
http://httpd.apache.org/docs-project/

Feel free to suggest (or make) changes.

As a further suggestion, mainly designed to attract interested people,
should we add a line to the bottom of
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/
saying something like

"Edited by the Apache HTTP Server Documentation Project"

with the appropriate links?

	Great.

	Yes, but I'd say "Maintained".

Does anyone mind if I add link to Japanese translation
project web page? It's written in Japanese and there're no
English pages at the moment.

Yes, this is cool. I also agree with the "maintained by" or
"Documentation provided by" or something like that.
